Every piece ordered is reviewed by our design team to assure that your order arrives just as you expected when you open the box. If we notice anything that can lead to an issue, we will contact you prior to manufacturing your piece.
DELIVERING ON TIME
As soon as your order is processed, it is sent to our design team for a quick review before manufacturing begins. If they don’t see any issues, your piece is immediately sent to our professionals to begin to put it together. Nearly all orders are delivered within 6- 8 weeks, but we will contact you if we have any delays.
Caring for your buckle
Your buckle has a clear coat of electrolytic finish to give it a longer lasting shine, therefore it is not recommended to polish your buckle or any of our products with any abrasive liquid, spray or paste. We recommend that you use a soft cloth, mild soap and water, polishing cloth or mild sterling silver liquid cleaner or Windex. If your buckle has several layers of metal, you can use a soft brush with the cleaners above as well.
PLEASE DO NOT USE AEROSOL OR ABRASIVE SILVER POLISH.
